All requests will be reviewed individually and confirmed based on availability.

Arrival day: Sunday, May 3, 2026
Official Start: Monday, May 4, 2026
Departure day: Saturday, May 9, 2026

Please note: Registration is individual. If you are attending with a partner, colleague, or +1, each person must submit their own registration form.

Terms & Conditions:
∙ Travel Costs: Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses,
including flights and local transfers.
∙ Dinners Costs: Some evening meals will be at your own expense; full details will be included
in the final agenda.
∙ What Hästens Covers: Complimentary hotel accommodation and meals will be provided
by Hästens, as outlined in the official event schedule.
∙ Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your participation less than 30 days before the event,
you will be charged the full cost of your hotel accommodation.
