including flights and local transfers.
∙ Dinners Costs: Some evening meals will be at your own expense; full details will be included
in the final agenda.
∙ What Hästens Covers: Complimentary hotel accommodation and meals will be provided
by Hästens, as outlined in the official event schedule.
∙ Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your participation less than 30 days before the event, you
will be charged the full cost of your hotel accommodation.
